Triton and Swiss IT Security Group sign strategic partnership agreement

Frankfurt / Wettingen (Switzerland) July 8, 2021 - Triton Fund V ("Triton"), advised by Triton, and Swiss IT Security Group, a leading provider of IT security solutions and services in Europe, announce their new strategic partnership. Triton will replace Ufenau Capital Partners as majority shareholder.
